Flovinn provides an AI-powered guest communication service for hotel stays. Access is granted for the duration of your booking only.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the Flovinn guest portal only for queries related to your current stay. The service must not be used for illegal purposes or to harass hotel staff.
3. AI responses
Responses from the AI assistant are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. For critical matters (emergencies, safety), contact hotel staff directly.
4. Data
Your use of this service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of liability
Flovinn is not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated content or for decisions made based on it.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey for Turkish users, and by applicable EU law for EU users.
